Hotel Management

The Hotel division is engaged in providing hotel accommodation, food and beverage, and functions and seminars. Other related sources of revenue include rental from the lease of shop space within the hotels.

Both Hotel Royal and Hotel Royal @ Queens are strategically located in the city's business, education, food, and entertainment hubs, giving guests the convenience and comforts of a home away from home.

The Group has also expanded into Malaysia with the acquisition of Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur, Hotel Royal Penang and The Baba House in Melaka. It also owns Hotel Royal Bangkok @ Chinatown and Burasari Resort in Phuket, Thailand.

Property Investment

The Group is always on the look-out for investment properties with good yields, both locally and overseas, so as to build up a second stream of recurring income apart from its hotels' operations.
