MANAGING RISKS
The Group’s risk and control framework is designed
to provide reasonable assurance that our business
objectives are met effectively and efficiently, while
safeguarding our assets and ensuring that we comply
with the necessary legal and regulatory requirements
in order to uphold the integrity of our financial
reporting and corporate disclosures. Management
is responsible to identify critical business risks and to
take the necessary risk management procedures to
address these risks. These procedures are reviewed
and updated regularly to reflect changes in market
conditions and the activities of the Group.
